All deposits pact at exceeding interest rates from those established by the rate of reference do not benefit from the coverage of the guarantee system (as established in Decree n° 540/95, in the article 12, d). The current rates of reference, for each kind of deposit, are previously determined by the Central Bank of Argentina (Banco Central de la República Argentina).
